At Derma Aroma, we work with trusted suppliers to fulfill and ship your orders efficiently. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about processing times, delivery estimates, and tracking information.

Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed and shipped directly by our suppliers.

  • Processing typically takes 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Once your order is processed, shipping time will vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 5–10 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by factors such as carrier delays, weather, or high order volumes.

Tracking Your Order

Some items may ship separately depending on product availability and warehouse location. If your order is split, you’ll receive separate tracking details for each package.

You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. If you haven’t received a tracking number within 5 business days, feel free to reach out to us at support@dermaaroma.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your package is marked as “delivered” but hasn’t arrived, we recommend waiting 48 hours, as carriers sometimes scan packages early.

  • For lost or stolen shipments, please contact the carrier directly. While Derma Aroma is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we’re happy to assist with the claims process where possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges.
